Green Grass and High Tides

Tuesdays high tide at Manatee Pocket at 2 PM.
Well the storm "NOEL" is still 24 to 48 hours away but we have taken all of our survival actions.
The house is boarded, and the gas tanks are full.
Tonight we will wrap the children in tinfoil, and tie ropes and life jackets to the toilets.
Will post after the storm passes.

Thank you Grateful Air Conditioning and Heating for the fantastic, fast and courteous service and A/C replacement on short notice. I would have expected to have a long delay considering I called about my mothers broken A/C the Tuesday of Thanksgiving week.
However much to our surprise and delight the job was completed the Friday after Thanksgiving. Your response was immediate and your complete price was $800.00 lower than other competitors estimates. Also you properly diagnosed the problem unlike the others estimates. Grateful A/C also included $400.00 worth of warranty parts that were not in the competitors price. So the end result was a professional job at large discount as compared with others estimates. Also we were please to join your Energy Savings Agreement Program in order to have our equipment professionally maintained and serviced in order to maintain good operation and longevity.

Thank You again Grateful Air Conditioning and Heating!
We will recommend your professional service to all of our family, friends and business associates.
