Shipping Woes

Warmer days will slip into hot days very very soon.

Suggestion #1

Crank your a/c down cold for a day or two and make sure she is cooling while maintaining temperatures and draining water properly.

Our two biggest service calls when we start a new season is low on refrigerant and backed up drain lines.

A system will continue to leak refrigerant, when it has a leak in it, and the unit does not need to be running.  Like a car tire. Wake up and it's flat. Ugh

Algae will dry up in a drain pan and drain line during the winter. Then when it stars up again for the year the dried slime will cause a situation. No one likes a water problem.

Suggestion #2

If your system or ductwork was shaky last year, it probably didn't improve this winter. Get your ball rolling NOW because the price is increasing monthly, stock are and may be low on the equipment that you want and ductwork is a mess beyond messes.

Supply houses are only getting 20-30% of its orders on the first of each month and today is the 3rd and there is NO flexible duct from Broward to Brevard county on hand and the price has doubled. Yes doubled.

The system that was priced last year has probably gone up 30%,  easily. With little relief in sight.

What are you trying to tell us Tim ????

Get your ducks (pun) in a row and don't get yourself in a summer time hot as Haiti bind by having to replace a system in the middle of our season where you are buying ANYTHING at the highest rates of the year.

Just a heads up.

Buckle up Kids, things are getting dicey.

Covid

It is very difficult to run a in-home service company with Covid as persistent as it is.

Mark me down as tired of it.

Thanksgiving 2021

The kids and family are all starting to appear.

Turkey and ham has been obtained.

I see all the makings for a sweet potato pie.

Things are looking good, and that is a tall order for 2021.

There are so many things to be thankful for. Family, friends, health and one of my personal favorite is YOU. Yes to all my customers that keep our business open and the family's that work for us. Without YOU the customer we would be nothing.

Enjoy the Holiday, Don't eat too much and keep those eyes peeled for the new 2022 calendars.

Thankful and Blessed

Charles Joseph Meyer

October 16th will always be known as Chuck Meyer Day.

He was as local Hobe Sounder as you will ever find. Big laugh, big heart, big love.

Chuck helped me and many others get our feet under us and get a start at life and I will never forget him. From the HS voluntary fire department, to Mr Waffle. to C&N Painting he had his hand in it and it would always work out well.

He sure loved to ride, and travel the US.

RIP my dear good friend. May the four winds blow you safely home.

Too Long

Been way too long since my last post.

I wonder why.

Corona Virus 19.

If anyone is taking a poll, you can mark me as a non-fan.

Catching it October 2020, seven months of HELL. No thank you.

Closed shop and remotely worked from home, masks, gloves, protocalls, who to listen to and who not. 1000% mess for a service business that goes into your home.

Any employee with a sneeze or a sniffle, well they can't go to work. Canceling, re-scheduling, lack of parts and shipping, skyrocketing prices on PVC, lumber, refrigerant.........I can go on and on.

All of this is just bothersome to customers who just want to get their a/c systems fixed in the heat of summer and it isn't so easy anymore.

Basically I am saying Thank You to all my customers that bared with this crappy 18 months and I am sorry to any customers we could not assist you in these sad times.

Lets all stay safe, protect our loved ones and yes I'm putting it out there....Get the shot.

So So Tired,

Tim

Good Stuff Kids

Please use our first names only........

We have already recommended your company to several co-workers.
Attention to detail was superior.
We asked for two "customer specifics" things to be done during installation and both were done with no issue.
The team was a pleasure to work with.

B4 and After

Everyone likes the before and after photos.
Here goes:

I asked the previous company if they would put in a new stand 10 years ago when they installed it.
They didn't.
You told me you were going to replace the stand and I thought "yea right"
Not only did you replace the stand, but also did work no one else even mentioned to me!
Thank You.
100% satisfied!

Before........

After.....

That wasn't too hard was it??
To some it is.

Disapointing Start

Fort Hays was winning the game for 55 minuets, but as we all know it is a 60 minute game.

https://fhsuathletics.com/roster.aspx?rp_id=5190

Ted had a monster of a game with 11 pancake blocks and gave up zero sacks but a loss is a loss.

Here is the full story with their season opener.

https://fhsuathletics.com/news/2019/9/5/football-mules-slip-past-no-11-8-tigers-with-pair-of-late-touchdowns.aspx

They will go at it again next week at home VS  Missouri Western.

Till Then,
Tim
