Best A/C contractor I've ever had!!
His keeping our "dead" A/C running and cooling until he could install our new system puts him on a level of customer satisfaction that I've never experienced before.

It's all good,

Everyone was on time, courteous, and professional.
Would defiantly recommend to others.

Permits
Permits.
They are not very hard to do. It is all on line and it only takes 20 minutes total.
There is a handful, about (20) companies, in Martin County that consistently pull permits. That leaves 100+ registered a/c companies that are not pulling a permit on a change-out.
Why should I go with Grateful Air Conditioning when I can save $400 with another company.
The difference is the permit fee, the proper sized wire and the proper sized breaker. Our jobs include locking caps, units strapped down properly and list goes on and on.
What is the most important part of a permit besides an outsider making sure the job is done right?
LIABILITY.
Did you know if a fire breaks out in your air conditioning/heating system ( it does happen not often but it does) and the job is done without a permit the insurance companies WILL NOT cover the damage.
Contractors insurance AND homeowners insurance will not cover it.
That is a lot to digest.

Long Time Gone
Been a very long time from my last post.
A lot has happened. We moved our world wide headquarters to 3081 SE Dominica Terr. Unit #8 Stuart 34997.
Stop by and say hi, we are loaded with art work, music and of course all your A/C needs.
Ana has not been with us for a year now, she had some health issues but is now in remission and we are doing everything day by day. There are some things in life that just make you take a step back and ponder.
Sam is taking his state HVAC license test tomorrow and Saturday. Good luck been doing a lot of cramming.
Ted is off to college. He has a full ride for football at Tusculum in Tennessee. I will upload some photos and keep you updated on his progress of football at the next level.
I did have many emails from people expressing they liked my Satisfaction Surveys and the comments our customers left on them. We have hundreds of letters and comments from customers promoting our company.
