Sam Has Moved On
Sam has moved on to bigger and better things.
College.
He has always been a lite packer.
He will be starting classes on Monday at FAU in Boca. He decided to major in mathematics and minor in music.
I always loved math and well you know how I feel about music.
The campus is beautiful and his dorm is nice too. He didn't show how excited he was but you can tell he was pumped, again that's Sam.
Good luck, go to class, and enjoy the next chapter in your life Son. We love you.
Hoot hoot hoot,
let's go Owls.

Where Is Summer?
Summer may have started but we have not felt it.
Between the clouds and the rain we have been very mild.
Only had one day this summer 92 degrees or higher.
As Floridian I love it, as an A/C man we want it hotter.
Look down the hallway and close your eyes and you can see football is a coming.
Tomorrow Southfork and all the other high schools will be starting 2 a day practices.
Even if it is not in the scorchin 90's they need to hydrated.
Let's go Bulldogs!!
Let's warm up,
Tim

Times are a changin.
Come mothers and fathers
Throughout the land
And don't criticize
What you can't understand
Your sons and your daughters
Are beyond your command
Your old road is
Rapidly agin'
Please get out of the new one
If you can't lend your hand
For the times they are a-changin'.

Sam will be off to FAU to major in Mathmatics this fall.
Ted will be a sophomore at South Fork.
For the times they are a-changin'
If you really have to print rule #7
then the times they are a-changin'

Loving Cup
I know it's not a Grateful Dead song but I still love it.
It's Phish......Loving Cup
I'm the man on the mountainCome on upI'm the plowman in the valleyWith a face full of mud
Yes I'm fumblingAnd I know my car don't startYes I'm stumblingAnd I know I play a bad guitar
Give me little drinkFrom your loving cupA just one drinkAnd I'll fall down drunk
I'm the man who walks the hillsideIn the sweet summer sunI'm the man that brings you rosesWhen you ain't got none
Well and I can run and jumpAnd fish, but I won't fightYou if you want to pushAnd pull with me all night
Give me little drinkFrom you loving cupA just one drinkAnd I'll fall down drunk
I feel so humbleWith you tonightJust sittingIn front of the fire
I see your face dancing in the flameFeel your mouth kissing me againWhat a beautiful buzz, what a beautiful buzzWhat a beautiful buzz, what a beautiful buzz
Come with thatOh, what a beautiful buzzWhat a beautiful buzz
Yes, I am nitty grittyAnd my shirt's all tornBut I would love to spill the beansWith you till dawn
And give me little drinkFrom your loving cupA just one drinkAnd I'll fall down drunk
Give me little drinkGive me little drinkGive me little drink...

Spring 2013
Spring 2013 is here and some are ready and like always some are not.
Spring to me is the time of the year to warm up from winter and stretch the bones going into summer. Time to get myself in bikini shape as it were.
Spring is also the time of the year my mind slips back into the fond memories of my youth. Time when I was younger, stronger, and a lot less gray. The time in a young mans life when I was mobile, fun loving and carefree.
What am I talking about?
Spring Tour 1989 to be specific.
Atlanta to Greensboro to Pittsburgh to ..........you get the picture.
Look for a while at the China Cat sunflower,
Proud walking jingle in the midnight sun.
Copperdome bodhi drip a silver kimono,
Like a crazy quilt stargown through a dream night wind.
Crazy cat peekin' through a lace bandanna,
Like a one-eyed Cheshire,
like a diamond-eye jack.
A leaf of all colors plays a golden-string fiddle,
To a double-E waterfall over my back.
Comic book colors on a violin river Cryin' Leonardo,
Words from out a silk trombone.
I rang a silent bell,
beneath a shower of pearls,
In the eagle-winged palace of the Queen Chinee.
The past is the past.
The future is now.
Enjoy the ride before it is all too late.

Just A Little Taste
89 Degrees on Saturday and 91 on Sunday.
Just a little taste of what we always seem to forget.
Summertime heat, and the humidity wasn't even very high.
Just for laughs turn on the a/c this weekend and make sure it all sounds good and works just as well. If not call and make an appointment that is good for you and not when it HAS to be fixed.
Just a little advice.
Spent an afternoon a little while back with Ted. After throwing a couple of whiting back Ted decided we should keep em.
Fish and chips that night. Quite tasty as I recall.
Here is Trixie the tree climbing dachshunds. She will chase a lizard to the edge of the earth and God help you if she gets out of the house for one split second without a leash.
She will run, run and run some more. Chasing her from yard to yard and if I can see properly, I think I see a smirk on her face as she darts 2 feet beyond my grasp.
March 26 and we will be in the 40's tonight. Open up and enjoy it, it may end real fast, as we all saw and felt this last weekend.
Chasin dogs,
Tim

Leftover Corned Beef
I had a few emails that you all like to see the before and after photos.
This was a nice transformation from sad to glad last week.
Cool temps and Rinaldis lunch. Can't ask for better than that.
Can't forget to look at the outside unit too.
The days of changing out just an air handler or just a condenser are days of old. Code says we have to change out both with the 410A refrigerant.
We usually replace the copper line set too. The old systems ran a #300 head pressure, the new equipment may be as high as #600.
That's a lot of pressure to pass through 30 to 50 year old copper.
If someone is telling you can just change one piece of your system or no need to change the copper or if permits are not needed, well then good luck. If corners are being cut there I can just imagine what's going on in your attic.
March is almost over with and spring-summer will be here very soon. It is that time of the year to get your system a "Springtime Awakening".
Give us a call at 772-283-7222 and Ana will schedule a time for us to slip on over and do the right thing.
Full washing and waxing, drain pans and lines full cleaning, batteries in the stats, return air filters and all the other good stuff we do.
If by some reason or another you don't get Ana and you do get a funny noise it just may be Jada or Trixie.
Bear with us, we have been working very hard on their phone skills but it's tough because they are cats and dogs you know.
Enjoying leftovers,
Tim

Braggin Rights
Air handlers, condensers, line sets and ladders oh my.
I was told I am cocky.
I can be when we do jobs like this.
25 inspections in a row w/o a problem. Is your company even pulling a permit?
